Crazy Good Cake

Sometimes I'm just awesome.

Farmer's market blueberries, people. It's serious.

Blueberry Yogurt Bundt Cake
Ingredients
2 cups all-purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 1/2 cups granulated sugar
zest of 2 medium lemons
1 cup (2 sticks) unsalted butter
softened
3 large eggs
1 container of greek yogurt any flavor
1 cup of blueberries 


Directions
Mix Dry ingredients
Melt butter and wisk into beaten eggs and other wet ingredients
Slowly add wet to dry ingredients with paddle attachment on a mixer or a wooden spoon
Fold in blueberries

Bake on 350 degrees for 50 minutes or middle of cake is done... 
(and fork or tester comes out clean)

So amazing for brunches or potlucks!
