Gobble, Gobble

I volunteered to cook Thanksgiving for 14 people on Sunday. Stephen's family will all be in town and I'll be meeting them for the first time and cooking for the entire affair all by myself. A little excited...A little nervous.


I made $5 centerpieces for the outdoor tables...We are eating in his parent's garden outside if weather permits. I love eating in the early evening. It will be a dry event, otherwise a beautiful rosé would have been magical.



And here is our modest menu at roughly $12 a person. (Thanks Papa Verdon!) I am excited because I am keeping things very simple, fresh and organic. Except for the ham....but, cmon....
