Chowtime!
- Berries with a little balsamic and a tablespoon of pecans + hard boiled egg and fresh dill
- Grilled Chicken Salad + 1/2 banana
- Broiled Trout made with ghee and garlic and red peppers + my version of a garlicky colcannon made with 1/2 a potato, spinach and carrots running through it. I used coconut milk, olive oil and herbs to season with some Himalayan salt.
- *not pictured* An orange after a piddly 10 minute eliptical workout because I was feeling sick from a stomach bug I've been fighting for a few days.
- Dessert hack? But, but...Um...I ate this in conjunction with my meal, so I didn't get the whole psychological dessert receptors firing off in my brain, right? It's banana/chia seeds/coconut cream/cinnamon chilled and blended. All compliant!

Trout or Cod or any White Fish:
-Salt and Pepper raw fish,
-Preheat to BROIL
-Put a few teaspoons of minced fresh galic, fresh herbs and minced red pepper in a mug with a tbsp or more of ghee or olive oil...microwave for a few seconds...pour mixture over fish...squirt with lemon...
-Broil until done...2 pcs is usually about 10 min.
