Day 10

That time of the month...feeling icky, crampy, bloaty...weight plateaued today. Stephen is dropping weight like crazy. I'm just sort of cruising along little by little, so this week of water retention might be a setback. Hopefully I can make it to the gym...

Here's how it went down today:
  • Ate the other half of Stephen's lara bar from yesterday and tried to do a makeshift pina colada with powdered eggwhite, fresh pineapple and coconut milk...meh...not amazing, but doable.
  • Spinach and blueberry salad with homemade cherry walnut vinaigrette and sunflower seeds
  • Homemade chicken and veggie soup to use up all the produce before we hit the farmer's market Friday. It came out nice.

    ps: Maybe it's all the Omega-3...but, our hair looks amazing. So thick and shiny. Nuts. (oh, yeah, those, too.)

You don't even need the powdered egg white for the pina colada thing - just freeze fresh pineapple and blend with coconut milk - SO good!!!
