Benadryl

I think my water weight gain can be traced to every time I take Benadryl... Wow ...Stephen pointed it out.  So how do you battle allergies without Benadryl? More food elimination or is there something holistic?

Totally worked!!!! Stopped taking Benadryl and lost the weight!!!!!!!
