80/20

Oh! So I guess my little Real Food/Part time Paleo plan of doing it during the week and having weekends free within moderation is like...a thing all over the internet called the 80/20. Many people have had success with it.

This seems doable and beneficial after our 30 days are up. So... our rules might be:
1) Whole 30 during the week- no dairy, wheat or added sugars except dried fruit or whole fruit.
2) Weekends/holidays add whole grains and natural sweeteners and fermented dairy only.
3) Christmas, Easter, Thanksgiving, Birthdays, Jul 4 and Halloween... MAYBE a small shared portion of poison with ample activity the day after with detoxifying foods?
4) Two elimination fasts a year to reset?
5) Eliminate anything processed. Eat much more produce. Maybe volunteer during summer at Univ of Redlands Sustainable Farm or rent our own plot there to learn how to grow veggies ourselves...

Hahaha

Okay. I'm done obsessing. No blog posts for a day or two and just rest and hydration and clean eating on the QT.  Food should not be an obsession. We had a great time tonight walking around the mall and talking and spending time together...there are bigger things to care about.
